Is the "HP Pavilion Computer featuring AMD Athlon II X4 Quad Core 620 (P6211F)" a good computer for me?

I'll have a maximum of 4.5GB of songs and probably around 8GB of photos. Do you think this computer would run smoothly?
Also, will this PC be able to play 'The Sims 3' ? Because unfortunately, I got this game for my birthday and my old computer
