how can i sell my new/like new cloths in philadelphia from my home without having to ship or use the computer?

i have lots of new/like new/very good condition cloths which i'm willing to sell but i need someone to come to my appartment and buy them all at at once and i dont have a yard to have a "yard sale",i tried to sell on ebay but it isnot working
A consignment shop would sell them, but take a percentage of the money.
