Buying laptop/notebook computer, help me for my best choice.?

So im going to summarize my story about my life/lifestyle so that you guys can tell me what would be the best option for me in buying what i need right now.
Im a 3rd year accountancy student, and im planning to buy a laptop or a notebook
from my past experiences (5 years, im 14 (gonna be 15 on the 29th!)) i think you should go with any brand that has the specs you need. id say the budget for your computer with warranty and stuff would be 1,200 USD MAX. in terms of specs... its below
