dell scanner?
A friend gave me a Dell scanner/printer and said we could download the......((something, i don't know what.....)) from Dell's webpage to make it work? Anyone have a clue what she is talking about or where to find it?
She didn't have the CD-thingy
What you are looking for is called the driver. Click below and enter the model number to find the needed driver. Simply download and the driver will install itself. After installing the driver plug in the scanner and windows will load the proper driver.

@ Dell sent me a broken keyboard/scanner, when I called (India apparently) to complain, they wouldnt replace the keyboard.
