I have a NEC MultiSync FE700+ Monitor its anti-glare! stuff is scratched up. can it be repaired/removed? HELP?

This monitor was given to me. Most of the scratches seem to be going in a circular motion as if being cleaned, whit the outer-edges going top-to-bottom and left-to-right. With a little effort you can take your finger nail and scratch it. It is very noticeable

give the manufacturer a call or from where it came from...
