I have an old sound card, a Sound Blaster. I emailed the company and they told me they didnt make a driver for W7 for this card. So Is there any generic drivers that will work for me? Or do I need to get a new card?

select properties
look at the right side and select device manager
click yes if asked
it will appear as unknown device
you can try right clicking and select update drivers
