Pls help in set a Acer laptop for acer lcd projector?

Hi i tried to connect ACER LCD projector to an ACER Laptop and also pressed the Fn button and F5 button to synchronize it. but it says No Signal. Again i connected the LCD Projector to my Desktop computer. There it works fine. Pls tell me the settings
i too tried so much to connect a projector.could not connect.google more n more
