i have a NVIDIAGeForce4 MX 420 and can i remove it form this computer and put it into my other one and would it be complicated to do.
also should i update the graphic card because i never updated it and how would i do i it because i did

No its not complicated to upgrade a graphics card.
If your computer is less than 4 years old it will have a pci-e slot.
You just get a pci-e card
