Does the new Gigabyte G41 Series motherboard supports P4 Proccessor?

I have Intel Pentium 4 processor 3.06 GHz and i m going to change my motherboard and ram.
I m going for Gigabyte G41 series motherboard , so i want to know whether it will support my Processor.
Also please let me know which of G41 Series
So long as it's the Socket LGA775 model CPU, and not the old 478, it seems their G41 models support pretty much ever LGA775 CPU that's ever lived, from 533 FSB up to 1600 FSB.
