Laptop top's sticky after spray painting! How can i make it smooth?

Recently, i spray painted my laptops top to my desired colour. My laptop is very old and had a lot of scratches so i spray painted it. Everything worked out perfect! SHINY AND EVENLY SPREAD COLOUR! PERFECT! but it has a little sticky feeling which is
