What memory optimizer do you recommend for a low memory laptop?

I currently use FreeRamXP Pro and am wondering if there is anything better out there, free or otherwise.

Optomisers had their day during the time Win 3.11 and 98 ... by Win XP (and later) the only effect a 3rd party 'optomisers' has is to simply slow down the CPU (and interferer with Windows own optimisation).

There is no alternative to adding
