can jb weld hold plastic from a computer chair handle?

The bottle of my comp chat handle broke off so my back is not suported. Will jb weld be strong enough to hold it?

With the right type of J.B. weld. It hardens so well you can drill a hole and tap for a bolts threads.Look at the label to see exactly the one you need.
